At Radian we are committed to investing in local communities to make them stronger and more vibrant, whilst helping to provide homes to those that really need them. It’s at the very heart of what we do and empowers our staff to support our customers in realising their aspirations.

We also recognise the importance of continuing to develop our products and services to meet the changing needs of our customers, and have recently launched an ambitious five year Corporate Strategy that will help us continue building on our successes and to achieve our full potential as a leading provider of affordable homes across the south. Whether it’s through delivering high quality new homes of all tenures, investing in social infrastructure to help build new communities, or delivering modern services that can improve the wellbeing of current and future residents; we believe there’s never been a more exciting time to join Radian.

Our growing portfolio of over 21,000 homes across the south is supported by over 800 dedicated staff. We have big aspirations for the years to come and are looking to recruit new people who share our passion in making a difference to the lives of our residents and our local communities.

We are looking to recruit an innovative, talented and ambitious individual to lead and inspire Radian Group and help us seize the opportunities that exist for ambitious and mission driven organisations like us. This is a fascinating opportunity in a sector which is experiencing substantial change but which retains a real social purpose.  You will work with the Radian Group Board, Local Authorities and other major stakeholders to ensure that we continue to be recognised as delivering excellence for our people and our communities.

You should have excellent leadership skills, a solid track record of working in large and complex organisations, a willingness to support innovation and a passion for developing people. Equally important are your all-round communication skills, your enthusiasm to get things done and move the agenda forwards. You will be driven, highly professional, great with people and be totally aligned with our values.

This is a great opportunity to join us at a time when you can have a real and personal impact on determining our future direction, working with our highly committed Board and staff group you will have the potential to make a significant impact across the communities we serve.

At Radian, whilst we work hard, we offer an attractive range of benefits and encourage everyone to grow with us. For further information about the role and to apply, please click on the Apply now button below.
