Interim Business Process Improvement Specialist
A major support services organisation is undertaking a large scale transformation to improve its processes and productivity. Ideally you will be lean Six Sigma trained and qualified and have worked in a service environment and been involved in a service redesign. This will look at the end to end processes from contact centre through to invoicing. You will also be involved in running work shops. They require people based in both Northern and Southern England. Experience of working within the Facilities Management industry would be a major plus point. So too is dealing with challenging stakeholders at a fast pace.
