Salary: Salary up to £105,000 per annum (plus a Civil Service pension cont. of up to 24.5%)

The Head of Digital Capability sits right at the heart of this transformation in developing and delivering their Digital Capability Strategy. The role presents an exciting opportunity to work with Digital leaders within the department and broader government as part of their 17,000 strong Digital, Data and Technology employees. This individual will lead the development and delivery of their strategy to attract, recruit and build the right skills, in the right places for DWP Digital.
They are looking for a strong, talented leader with a demonstrable track record in delivering people transformation programmes within large and complex organisations. You will have exposure of working in the digital, data and technology space, with a passion for building capability and ambition, both organisationally and individually. A natural leader, you will be instrumental in building, inspiring and engaging teams at all levels.
