St Mungo's is a large and high-profile homelessness charity. We are here to end homelessness and rebuild lives.
Originally set up over forty years ago, we now have more potential than ever to change more lives and influence housing and homelessness policy and services for good. We have ambitious and innovative growth plans, which include working upstream to reduce the level of homelessness. We have an effective executive team in place and we are in a strong position to achieve the goals we and our clients have set for ourselves.
We are seeking a Trustee to join a dedicated and highly experienced Board, helping to set vision and strategy and ensuring that we are governed to the highest possible standards. You will work with the Chair, Trustee colleagues and the Executive Team as the organisation continues to move through a period of major growth and change and transition, to ensure we are positioned to deliver our strategic priorities.
We are especially interested in individuals who bring deep experience, gained at a senior level, of finance and business development including property. The ability to evaluate a business proposition, gained in any sector, is valuable, coupled with a positive risk appetite. You will be a senior professional with the credibility and skills to join an already strong Board and a passionate staff team. Whatever your background, you will share our desire to make a lasting difference to the lives of homeless people now and in the future and will be as excited as we are about our potential to turn bold ambitions into reality.
If you feel you have the experience, credibility and commitment to join us and lead the biggest homelessness charity into a new era, we very much look forward to hearing from you.
