Our client is a Premium British FMCG brand with a rapidly growing international presence. Due to a continued international growth they are looking to appoint a UK Sales Director.
- Reporting directly to the Board and a key member of the senior leadership team you will design and deliver a UK sales strategy to ensure continued growth.
- Operating through both a hand on and strategic approach to leadership you will mentor a national sales function with 6 direct reports.
- Will actively engage with existing and new customers at a senior level to build strong collaborative relationships across multiple business channels.
- Degree educated and ideally blue-chip trained you will have a proven track record in a branded FMCG environment with the ability to prove you can increase profitable revenues in a multichannel environment.
- An excellent communicator and inspirational sales leader with the skills to lead a multi-functional team to success.
- The gravitas to engage with new and existing customers with exceptional presentation skills.
