Senior Business Development Manager
Our client is one of the UK’s most recognised and respected FM providers to both the public and private sectors providing services of some of the UK’s land mark sites. As part of their corporate strategy to secure further national business they wish to appoint a senior client facing executive.
- Will demand the delivery and identification of business opportunities in both the public and private sectors. You will act in a strategic manner developing client relationships and identifying for emerging markets.
- Pre-contract you will lead all client correspondence and negotiation. Post contract you will maintain communications to manage client expectation and commercial goals.
- Ideally degree qualified you will have an accomplished track record within the FM environment with first class written and oral communication skills.
- You will possess the leadership skills necessary to drive new initiatives with both your peer group colleagues and senior management.
