Interim Reward Specialist
Our client, a leading wealth management business, is looking for an Interim Reward Specialist to deliver on a 6-month assignment.
The successful candidate must have a background from a wealth management or asset management business as well as experience in designing, structuring and rolling out share plans. This role will also be responsible for the reward change programme implementing a group grading system and salary banding; REMCO; implementing structure and best practice. The ideal candidate will be highly credible and experienced working with executive teams and have managed teams.
