HR Business Partner
Our client, a leading Financial Services business, is currently looking for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join the business on a 3 month basis. The successful candidate would be a member of a small business partnering HR team, supporting a global business of around 850 staff. Responsible for approximately half this number, the candidate would provide a professional HR business partnering service to staff predominantly based in their London and Bedford offices as well as to other key hubs around the world.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Develop strong relationships with nominated Business Units, acting as a first point of contact for all HR related business matters
- Manages HR processes within Business Units for employment changes such as business restructures, Mergers & Acquisitions, TUPE out/TUPE in transfers and redundancies
- Support and input towards policy development and process in line with HR strategy and business plans
- Provide relevant management information to senior management and create a monthly management reporting pack
The successful candidate will have had experience in a HR Business Partnering role previously and will show the ability to understand business strategy and how to align HR processes. This person will also be happy to work in an operational capacity as when the workload requires.
