This twelve month contract is to lead the implementation of a new operating model by establishing effective business partnerships.
Working with partners, the post holder will create a compelling customer proposition and a new business.
This will require exceptional influencing skills alongside an ability to build strong external commercial relationships.
Our minimum candidate criteria is experience in multi-channel marketing and product development, having worked in and with, powerful retail brands.
A proven track record of leading distinct commercial projects, through to successful delivery, within a Direct to Consumer Retail Financial Services business.
The successful candidate will have track record of delivering successful growth plans and implicit in this summary, will be the ability to plan and effectively implement change.
