The University of Warwick is a world leading University with the highest academic and research standards.  We have grown to encompass 29 departments and more than 50 research centres and institutes in arts, medicine, science and social science. We have a business school, medical school, an engineering school and a centre for education studies. The University enrols more than 25,000 students with one-third of them coming from overseas, representing 150 countries.  We have a turnover of more than £600m.

At a time of huge change and opportunity within the sector, this is an excellent time to join us as our new Director of Social Inclusion.  We are developing a new vision for the University which puts social inclusion at its heart and this is a role which provides an opportunity to catapult Warwick towards being the best in class in our approach to social inclusion.

We need an outstanding leader with exceptional influencing skills to take our social inclusion work to the next level.  With a strong track record in social inclusion and diversity work, the experience and credibility brought to the role will inspire others to make positive changes.  We need someone whose passion will add depth to their approach and they will be able to challenge established convention in a constructive manner, helping to deliver fantastic results.
