Widely recognised as a global leader in international education, UWC South East Asia (UWCSEA) has been providing a holistic, values-based education to international students for more than 40 years. A K-12 school educating 5,200 day students and 350 boarding students from 105 nationalities across two campuses in Singapore, UWCSEA is a member of the UWC Movement and among the largest international schools in the world.
Following a period of successful growth, the College is now seeking an exceptional leader for the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Working with the Head of College, Board of Governors, and senior leadership across the College, the COO will help develop and deliver the College’s strategic vision with key management responsibilities in the areas of finance, compliance, campuses and facilities, and IT.
The successful candidate will inspire confidence, lead with vision and skill, have strong financial acumen, and support the College’s first priority of care and education of young people in the context of the UWC mission. S/he will have a proven track record of managing finance, people and resources in a large and complex setting and be able to deliver change through outstanding leadership and effective collaboration.
