Project Manager - Asset Management
An excellent interim opportunity for an experienced PM to lead on a full evaluation of the condition of council's assets across the whole borough.
The entirety of the Council's assets will need to be specified, assessed, recorded and delivered over the next 6 months.
As this large and diverse east London Council continues to evolve to meet the needs and forecast demands on the council in the coming years, it is undergoing a variety of assessments and programmes designed to establish a fresh approach to the council's services and how it uses its resources best. As part of this, the council has a wide variety of tangible assets and may look to call upon these as part of this plan.
Your role will be to lead on the full condition evaluation of the council’s stock of assets. You’ll need a background in asset management to help manage the scope and variety of the work, and be a naturally organised project manager capable of pulling various departments and resources together to deliver.
If you have significant exposure to council asset management and reviews and can demonstrate a strong CV in project and programme management delivery then we’d like to hear from you. Please send a CV and covering note, by clicking on Apply, indicating what you would bring to the assignment as soon as possible. Shortlisting will begin on week beginning 26th June.
