Senior Pricing Manager
Senior Pricing Manager required for a global technology company based in Berkshire.
The company is seeking to hire a confident individual capable of leading a team to deliver winning commercial strategies, pricing and customer proposals. You will be required to work under pressure to meet the company's ambitious growth targets. Good communications skills are required as you will be working with the regional sales teams and managing senior sales relationships. Furthermore, experience working with sales teams and using formal sales methodology practices is advantageous.
Within this role you will:
- Attend customer visits supporting the sales managers
- Lead and close commercial negotiations
- Help develop team members - maximising productivity and business success
- Developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders is fundamental
- This is a large, complex organisation, and to get things done you need to navigate your way around a large group of stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and developing high value, complex bids is essential in this role, as is working closely with customers and being involved in the negotiation stage of a deal process
- Evidence of having successfully implemented change is desirable
