The Organisation

Our client, a major offshore law firm with international presence and an engrained high profile reputation, is looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Manager who can augment their already vibrant business even further.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Head of L&D to procure specialist learning and development programmes to implement across the business' six offices
  • Identify and collaborate with external providers to design and deliver specialist programmes and manage these relationships
  • Design and deliver soft skills training to the Firm as required across all six offices
  • Evaluate programmes post-delivery, report on training delivered and provide ROI analysis based on defined objectives and desired outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor the L&D Officer​

The Person

You will possess the following key characteristics:

  • Strong academic qualifications, ideally with a certificate in training practice (CIPD)
  • A proven track record in successfully delivering training and developing initiatives across multiple business functions and locations
  • Ideally, experience of working in a law firm
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
