Beament Leslie Thomas is keen to make contact with Senior Leadership individuals from the Management Consulting space that would be excited by the prospect of becoming the spearhead of a South American Consulting firm’s UK operation.

The history of the firm spans over 20 years, with its roots embedded in Sao Paulo in the mid 90’s. Since then the business has experienced exceptional growth and is now the No1 Consultancy business in Latin America. The firm has delivered over 1,300 projects, in 300 clients, and delivered projects in over 60 countries. With a focus on continued international growth, their London office opened in 2010 and the Munich office was launched in 2015 to serve clients in Europe.

The partners have built a firm that has its focus within Strategy and Management & Operational functions in five key areas of expertise. They work in partnership with their clients from strategy definition through to implementation.

The firm is looking for a senior Management Consulting professional with a presence in the FMCG, Retail or similar sector, which recognises the challenges and opportunities associated with working in an entrepreneurial environment.

As the UK practices figurehead you will be an inspiring thought leader and engage with the market via social media, personal publications, industry press or other arenas of relevance. You’ll be a creator, a planner, an implementer, who is able to deliver on your vision and gain the respect and trust of staff across the firm.

  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with gravitas and an entrepreneurial mind-set, who has the drive and tenacity to get things done in a modern, proactive, commercial environment.
  • You will have the ability to balance strategic thinking with a pragmatic and realistic approach and be able to lead, motivate, support and encourage all staff members to achieve the organisational vision.
  • Winning new business is a big part of this role so the ability to engage with current and future clients at the very highest level is essential and something you relish. Needless to say your network is vast with reach into the European market.
