We started this mission by creating an innovative and disruptive web-based technology platform that gave local authorities and NHS bodies easier and quicker access to quality services from housing, to education, to health and social care. Now, as the leading commissioning technology provider in the UK, we have launched a beta version of our consumer offering called adam life.

We have created a new role and are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing Director who will help shape, drive and execute our sales and growth strategy. You will be a member of the board, reporting to the MD, and will lead and develop our sales and marketing teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a tenacious professional with strong leadership skills and gravitas, who is keen to play a key role in the growth of both our B2B and B2C divisions.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and delivering operational sales and marketing strategies. You will come with a flexible mind-set. Experience of consultative selling of technology and/or service solutions is a must, as are core leadership and managerial skills. You will inspire confidence, be resilient and persistent, and have a natural empathy with the customer mind-set. In addition to being emotionally intelligent, results-oriented and entrepreneurial, you will be intellectually robust and passionate about growing our business.
