Our successful track record, built over a period of 20 years, is centred on a team of 30 mature consultants.  Each of these have had day-to-day and senior management experience (typically 10 to 15 years) in organisations, managing and implementing sustainable change, before moving into consultancy.  We have a peer to peer culture with no egos, where you are in control of the work you choose to undertake and typical projects utilise small teams maximising the consultant’s skill with the client’s requirements.

The Consultancy Company can help you in the transition from a senior corporate role in the Private or Public sector into Consultancy by recognising your skills and capabilities. We provide good training, mentoring support and can certify you to Certified Management Consultant status with the Institute of Consulting.

The Consultancy Company have a base just outside Oxford.  Most of our work is undertaken on client sites or from your home but we prefer team members to be based within 3 hours of the office. 70% of our business is from previous clients and all of our clients who responded to our quality reviews in the last 2 years said they would recommend us.
