We aim to maximize the likelihood of any offers being accepted first time, working openly and honestly with you, to ensure that any barriers to achieving this goal are minimised or removed. Our approach therefore contrasts with the high volume KPI model which is used by many of the large global recruiters. Recent research, coupled with personal experience gain over 16 years talking and listening to clients and candidates, demonstrates a clear preference for a ‘quality’ (of service) rather than ‘quantity’ ( volume of CV’s) and the more personal and consultative approach that we are excel at. In a labour market where exceptional candidates are in short supply it is important that any recruitment process and approach is swift, engaging, and makes the candidate feel wanted by the recruiting company. Equally it is the role of Head4Talent to ensure that the Client has confidence that they are fully briefed and updated on any candidate they are considering throughout the process, and that Head4Talent is acting as an extension of their organisation. Whilst respecting our Client’s internal protocols and internal processes we insist, therefore, wherever possible on maintaining close contact with the recruiting director/manager during the process to ensure that a brief is both properly communicated, and understood. The purpose of this is to ensure the most suitable and relevant recruitment strategy and tactics are selected, and ultimately the desired outcome is achieved. We will of course ensure any other key stakeholders are kept updated as to progress of the recruitment. This close contact also enables the recruiting director to be kept fully briefed on candidate feedback and potential concerns. In turn this allows for prompt decision making and onward communication to candidates, thereby minimizing the risk of losing them. Our candidate research will be tailored for each assignment but can use a range of information available including, but not exclusively, Linked In, targeted Company websites, networks and extended networks, Job Boards, Professional Institutes as well as referrals.
