Our client is a major division of a £1.4bn turnover branded FMCG business with its global headquarters in London. It is now seeking to appoint a Financial Controller to strengthen its senior finance team.

You will be responsible for all financial and management reporting and ensuring the integrity of the balance sheet. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring the corporate and business strategies are supported by budgeting, forecasting, planning and control processes suitable for a business going through change.

You will drive a culture of customer service and delivery both internally and externally and will be expected to provide effective decision support and commercial challenge cross-functionally.

Both a commercially aware and technically astute qualified accountant, you will have significant experience of dealing with high profile branded products.
Interpersonally you will be a confident communicator, natural leader and be comfortable embracing change. This appointment is strongly viewed as providing succession planning for progression into an FD role within the Group.
