Job Details
Our PE-backed services client require an Interim Head of Finance Operations for 6 months initially, based in Central London. You will be required to support the CFO and transformation across the transactional finance function through driving change and providing strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing change programme within the organisation through engagement of stakeholders to embrace and drive identified areas of change
- Manage a team across credit control, cash, billing and analysis to boost their morale, whilst ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Support senior stakeholders in driving transactional process improvements to meet debt/collection goals
- Increase rigour and efficiency across the team through implementation of greater financial capabilities
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrable experience leading and stabilising a team
- Experience driving process improvement by engaging with the business and relevant stakeholders
- Previous experience as a transactional lead across billing/cash allocation and collection/credit control processes
- High levels of resilience to work well effectively within an ambiguous environment
