Marketing and Communications Project Manager

An experienced Marketing and Communications Project Manager is required to support a major technology roll-out for a large-scale organisation, impacting tens of thousands of customers.

Comprehensive project/roll-out and supporting marketing communications plans have already been created.

This position will be primarily delivery focused, managing the execution of external communications and events including:

  • Coordinating the production of a range of content, including FAQ's, user-guides, promotional material and various other marketing and communication collateral.
  • Coordinating circulation of content across a range of channels including email, Intranet, website, posters and various other print formats
  • A key component of this position will also be the coordination of "roadshows" - public demonstrations at key sites (delivered by an external agency).
  • You will be required to attend key roadshows to ensure quality, smooth running etc.
  • You will manage creative agencies closely, and utilise internal creative support, however being a small marketing team you will at times need to "roll-up your sleeves" and be hands-on in creating and distributing content.

This contract will suit an experienced Marketing and/or Communications Manager, with experience of managing external communications in support of major business change projects

Immediate start
2-3 month assignment.
Paying up to ??500 per day.
York, with some travel around the North East.
