Our Tech M&A team has an enviable global client portfolio and handles a wide variety of internet and technology transactions, ranging from acquisitions and disposals of privately held companies to some of the largest public company tech M&A transactions in history.

We are looking to recruit an experienced business development professional to work closely with M&A leadership to develop and drive a unified and global strategy forward for our global Tech M&A offering. This newly created role could be based in London, New York or Washington DC.  

This is an exciting and high profile global opportunity to support on client pursuits, broader business development activities, and profile raising initiatives to continue to establish Hogan Lovells as a global leader in the Tech M&A market, maximizing opportunities with both new and existing clients. You will be working closely with a key group of partners and will immerse yourself in this fast moving industry sector.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Tech sector and how the key players within it operate. They will be a highly commercial business development professional, with a proven track record of generating work and opportunities, as well as having an exceptional track record in delivering high quality and high impact business and client development programmes. It is highly likely that this experience will have been gained within a global professional services business, corporate finance or private equity firm.
