Working in our marketing team you will drive improved brand awareness, consideration and conversion amongst our target customers through the delivery of compelling and relevant communications that resonate with our audiences.

The Role

As Head of Marketing Communications you will be responsible for Parmenion's brand and marketing communications strategy, ensuring marketing activity delivers against the business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the development and ongoing management of Parmenion's brand and marketing communications strategy
  • Manage and lead the marketing communications team, supporting their continuous development
  • Ensure marketing communications are targeted and performance data is analyzed to support the optimisation of future campaigns
  • Have ownership of all communications channels (across both online and offline channels) ensuring communications are in line with the marketing strategy
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally

Skills and Experience required

  • Strong background in marketing communications, ideally focusing on B2B communications
  • Experience within a Platform or Asset Management environment would be highly advantageous (including working agency side with similar clients)
  • Exposure to communications across the full mix (online and offline)
  • Experience of owning and developing brand and communications strategies
  • A proven track record of managing direct reports and experience of developing team members
  • Ability to work in an autonomous nature and confident with making strategic and delivery focused decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including to board level
