An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Degree educated (Russell Group ideally), Board Level Executive Assistant to work for an innovative and extremely successful CEO of an international Investment firm.

This is a true right hand support role. Alongside the expectations in terms of global diary and travel management, you will be expected to assist with projects across the business, act as a point of contact in his absence and assist with complex business transactions.

This CEO is extremely tech savvy therefore you should be very competent with all of the latest software in an administrative capacity. The EA will be used to dealing with high profile individuals, who expect high standards and who are the talk of the Business world.

Discretion is KEY! You will be privy to extremely confidential projects including M&A's and high profile hiring decisions therefore the EA will be able to demonstrate advanced levels of maturity and the ability to communicate with senior level stakeholders externally.

Only Board level experience on a 1-1 level will be considered for this role. Ideally you will have worked for a FTSE 100 business, probably within Finance however a global Tech firm may also be considered due to the CEO's working style.
