Mind, the mental health charity support people to lead change in mental health services where they live. They do this by supporting local Minds to be the leading mental health organisations in their communities, measured by their reach, influence and partnerships.

The network of local Minds provides services to more than 400,000 people per year and is the largest third-sector provider of mental health services across England and Wales. It is a diverse network, with huge variety in size, outlook, skills and interests.

At this critical time in their development Mind are looking to recruit an experienced Chief Financial Officer, to support their continued growth and impact.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will have overall responsibility for the Finance and Resources function, comprising Finance, Facilities and IT departments.

You will work collaboratively and in partnership with your peers, directors and trustees and will work closely with staff across Mind. You will also work with other stakeholders and external contacts. You will have a significant level of responsibility and autonomy in a senior leadership role. You will deputise for the Chief Operating Officer internally and/or externally.
