Head of Executive Education Sales UK - B2B - Corporate Learning - London - Up to £120,000

Arnold Ash have been exclusively retained by a market leading global Consulting and Corporate Training Learning business to identify and attract a Head of Sales with a track record in the Executive Education industry, designing and selling tailored solutions. Based in London, this role will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with large organisations located in the assigned territory, developing a pipeline of opportunities to deliver against the sales and revenue targets. You should have experience in the Corporate Learning, Executive Education or Learning & Development industry as well as a practical knowledge of the "challenger" and/or consultative sales approach.

Skills & Experience required from the Head of Sales:

  • Strong background leading senior sales teams in a consultative sales environment
  • Good working knowledge and practical experience in the Corporate Learning/Executive Education industry
  • Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with client-focused solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • BA/BS Degree, MBA beneficial

Main Responsibilities of the Head of Sales:

  • Pipeline Development
    • Supervising the pipeline of your direct reports as well as your own. Improving and optimising the commercial plans to ensure sales and revenue targets are met
  • Team Management
    • Manage a team of Business Development and Key Account Directors/Managers.
  • RFP, RFI Management
    • Owns and fully manages responses to RFP’s, RFI, and supports his/her team in all client’s communication in the assigned territory
  • New Business
    • Develop sales skills that improve performance across prospecting, making meaningful connections, articulating insights, guiding a client through the purchase cycle and generating deep relationships with both prospects and clients
  • Business Expansion
    • Ensure you continue to gain repeat business and identify new opportunities to drive growth in existing accounts
  • Collaboration
    • Manage key stakeholders across the business and work in close partnership with other Regional Head of Sales, Marketing & Learning Design & Customer Experience
