Job Details
The Planned Investment Manager will be responsible for formulating and delivering the planned investment strategy for a stock portfolio of c. 20,000 units across the west midlands.

Description
As above the Planned Investment manager will take ownership and responsibility for the capital investment strategy across a stock portfolio of c. 20,000 units. They will have 5 direct reports and c. 30 indirect reports, each direct report will lead a specific part of the programme to deliver. Budgetary spend will be c. £30m p.a. They will work closely with the Head of Asset Manager to deliver an effective strategy with close financial control in mind alongside a high quality and safely delivered programme of work.
Profile
The successful candidate will possess a relevant degree or professional qualification in the construction, housing and property industry. They will also have extensive experience of delivering planned investment schemes within a housing association for at least the last 3 years. This role requires excellent people management skills alongside strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge of building and construction.
