Developed within the retail and/or commercial banking industry, your skills set will encompass digital, product, operations, technology, strategy, transformation and leadership. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for the customers of this ambitious banking organisation.
Leading a team of c70 people you will:
- Have a clearly defined customer focus
- Own products and operational processes including savings, payments and customer due diligence
- Create customer-centric propositions and build out the customer services infrastructure to deliver a best in class experience across the entire journey
Ideally you will have a grounding in a traditional banking business as well as more recent assignments within a digitally focused banking fintech.
Ultimately this assignment could become a permanent role as a key part of the Exco and as such you should have prior experience at this level, reporting directly to a Board.
