THE COMPANY

Harnham have exclusively partnered with a global tech brand to find an Executive level Data Scientist or Quant Researcher, to overhaul analytics across all areas of the business - drastically improving their B2B product offering.


THE ROLE

Take ownership of all aspects of Data:

  • Data Science/Quantitative Analytis
  • Data Engineering/Architecture
  • Business Intelligence

In addition to having complete ownership of Data:

  • Build models based on comprehensive live data sets
  • Define Data Science strategy within the organisation
  • Manage Data Scientists and Analysts on projects from start to finish
  • Take full responsibility for all data driven product over the next few years



YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The essential requirements of a CDO in this role are:

  • Proven track record of success within a financial Quantitative Researcher/Analyst background

  • Prior experience owning Data Science output

  • Professional experience in management

  • Willingness to work entirely hands-off

  • Academic background in scientific/quantitative/economic disciplines

  • Multiple years of coding experience in Python and use of ML toolkits

  • Strong communicator - ability to deliver complex data analysis to non-technical stakeholders
