The Commercial Excellence Manager will be responsible for managing the strategic development and execution of the Customer Relationship Management and Closed Loop Marketing strategy. 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement global multichannel customer relationship management program
  • Champion CLM and CRM: Develop framework, governance model, knowledge sharing and process optimisation across the organization
  • Familiar with working closely with affiliates; creation of process, setting KPI’s, sharing of content
  • Develop guidelines and capability program around Closed Loop Marketing and eDetailing processes
  • Construct transition plan for department from ‘project based’ (execution of CRM/CLM) to a pure commercial excellence function, focusing on: sales process improvement, KAM strategy, best practice in targeting, segmentation, field force KPI’s

Credentials:

  • Strong experience in digital communications, interactive marketing and commercial excellence in healthcare, pharmaceutical or other relevant industry
  • Successful track record in rolling out Customer Relationship Management strategies in several countries
  • Excellent working knowledge of Closed Loop Marketing – concept, processes and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR or Communications
  • MBA Preferred
