The Director of Operations is a key post. We are looking for an exceptional person to lead us through the next phase in our development, as we place a renewed emphasis on financial strategy and building a culture of performance. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about performance – ensuring excellent systems are in place and achieve the highest standards, and to get the best out of talented people. A qualified finance professional, this individual will have very strong skills in shaping long term financial strategy. You will be adept at building a strong operations infrastructure in a complex organisation, and will proactively manage risk. You will lead a team of highly performing senior managers and be an excellent leader. As an Executive Director you will play a key role in setting and overseeing strategy for the professional body for housing.
Based at out Coventry office and reporting to the CEO you will be a key member of the Executive Team. You should be an experienced and proven leader who is committed to professional standards and the highest quality services, and to putting members and customers first. You are collaborative with a natural talent to inspire others. For you, results are what matter and you have the resourcefulness, resilience and gravitas to deliver every time.
We are offering a benefits package in excess of £80k per annum.
