Badenoch & Clark is recruiting a Senior Financial Reporting Manager.
This person will have responsibility for reporting to the Group the divisions management accounts and therefore previous experience within an International Group environment is highly desirable. This individual will additionally manage the end-to-end trend and budget process for the international departments and provide key support on new market projects.

Key Job Accountabilities:

P&L and KPI reporting

* Manage and consolidate the P&L and reporting accurate numbers to the Group in a timely manner
* Lead on the allocation of General Ledger ("GL") in the management accounts to secure alignment
* Manage the integration within the reporting of the new entities created and/or purchased
* Run the monthly P & L analysis, compile reports and further detailed analysis for the Executive members

P&L and KPIs analysis

* Manage the generation of accurate ad-hoc analysis and reports for Executive members to inform business decisions
* Liaise with key stakeholders to understand actuals, budgets and trends by analysing relevant submissions
* Responsible for producing Finance presentations on a quarterly basis for the CFO and CEO and offer Financial solutions to inform business decisions

Trend and Budget process

* Lead on the trend and budget process for the markets & cost centres
* Manage the Financial analysis in preparation for the Executive management trend and budget meetings
* Accountable for the consistency and the integrity of the P & L and the KPIs within the profitability provisions
* Responsible for consolidating and reporting costs in a timely manner


* Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of finance to key stakeholders, in particular new business initiatives to secure a consistent and transparent approach cross-functionally
* Work on the project to automate and streamline Finance processes and procedures
* Provide advice and guidance on other related IT projects, i.e Integrated Planning (SAP)
* Implement and publish a dashboard in a timely manner
* Develop systems solutions to continuously improve the financial reporting and forecasting

People Management

* Coach direct reports to be perform to the best of their capability

Candidate requirements:

* Proven experience of working within a Finance, FP& A or Audit environment
* Previous experience of working with consolidated accounts in a multinational/multicurrency environment with fully integrated ERP system
* Previous experience of forecasting and trend analysis
* Experience of presenting complex analysis in a structured and clear way - verbally, in writing and for presentations
* Previous experience of working to tight financial reporting deadlines
* Ability to negotiate and influence key business stakeholders at all levels
* Attention to detail with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Excellent project management and implementation experience
* Sound people management experience
* Sound knowledge of MS Office 2010. Expert knowledge of Excel, SAP and BW are essential.
