Head of Sales and Marketing
Our client, a top 20 Building Society, presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, innovative, forward thinking Head of Sales and Marketing. As a key member of the Society’s Executive team you will report into, and work closely with, the CEO.
Your remit will be to lead the formulation and delivery of the Society’s sales strategy and supporting marketing strategy, including brand management and distribution, advertising and PR.
A strategic player, with a full and comprehensive knowledge of market competition and the economic environment, you will give rein to your high energy level, creativity and innovation (underpinned by sound analysis) and demonstrate strong leadership together with the ability to influence at all levels.
You will possess a good background in financial services, in particular experience in managing a retail branch network, but applications from candidates with a proven high level of success in leading Sales and Marketing teams in other sectors will be considered.
