Manchester Airports Group is the largest UK-owned airport operator, keeping 42 million passengers on the move to 225 global destinations every year from our Manchester, East Midlands, Bournemouth and Stansted airports. We also contribute £3.2bn to the UK economy and employ over 130,000 people. Some might say it’s exciting stuff. But we got even bigger ambitions.
- We want to develop a network of low cost routes, covering all our airports.
- You’ll be the brains behind our plans, with your LCC Aviation Sales Strategy.
- You’ll organise detailed studies to figure out which routes will attract airlines.
- Then you’ll pitch your plans to carriers and build alliances with those who decide to become our partners.
A skilled Business Development Manager, you’ll never lose sight of targets. At every stage of the process, you’ll look to improve passenger numbers, drive opportunities and make the most of every relationship.
Experience in LCC aviation sales would certainly give you an edge especially if it comes with ready-made network of contacts. But a strong track record in key account management is also very welcome. Whatever your background, a qualification in Business, Sales or Marketing, would definitely be helpful.
