Duties and responsibilities:

  • As a key member of the Executive Education leadership team, drive the quality of the custom programmes whilst ensuring a profitable and engaging portfolio of clients and programmes
  • Lead the custom programmes business development team, developing successful global account management processes and professional business development capabilities
  • Work with International partners to position custom programmes within the worldwide brand
  • Act as Account Director for a number of major clients

Profile:

  • Proven successful experience of business development within a business school or commercial training organisation context and the ability to think creatively to drive business growth and profit
  • The ability to build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of management development processes and practice and the ability to successfully diagnose and communicate client needs within a consultative business development process
  • Sound commercial and contract negotiation experience at a senior level
  • Degree educated with an MBA or equivalent relevant business qualification
