In response to significant growth in the core business and planned expansion from £11m to £15m, and our recent acquisition of The Environmental Consultancy Limited, we are now strengthening the Board of Directors and the following opportunity exists.
This is a Board level position and you will report to the Managing Director and work in close collaboration with the other Board Directors. This is a pivotal role in securing Temple’s ambitious growth programme and you will need to provide leadership and direction across the group to ensure sound fiscal control supported by efficient processes and systems, strong commercial arrangements and strategic management and project information. The role also incorporates responsibility for the maintenance and development of the IT infrastructure. This position will be based at either the London or Sussex office (with a requirement to attend both locations each week).
The successful applicant will have extensive SME experience, the professional services sector and growing a business of similar size. Personal traits must include being a team player, proactive, dynamic, enthusiastic, diligent alongside a strong work ethic.
