If you’re a strong People Manager who combines a successful track record in business intelligence and performance management with a good knowledge of adult social care and exceptional business analytical skills, this two year fixed term contract will help you develop both personally and professionally – as well as adding some impressive credentials to your CV.
Our client is a progressive local authority which is embarking on an exciting change programme in Adults social care, which will encompass everything from personalisation, joint working with health, working within reducing budgets and prevention programmes. We are also engaged in a Children’s transformation programme.
Managing a permanent in-house business intelligence and performance management capability, with specific emphasis on adult social care, you’ll lead on the provision of key operational and strategic performance metrics to the business in order to support the step change required in service delivery in adults and children’s services. Creating and delivering an action plan and building and managing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be a crucial part of the job.
This is a cutting edge senior role. You will shape and strengthen the performance function and take a strategic lead in moving the organisation forward. If you have strong relevant experience, a genuine interest in social care, are proactive, ambitious, and a self-starter with outstanding problem-solving, analytical and people management skills this may be the job for you.
