Alliance Trust Savings, a subsidiary of Alliance Trust PLC, is an established award winning ISA and pension provider with a comprehensive online trading and investment platform service.
During an exciting period of business growth, we are seeking a Head of Platform Proposition to lead the development and delivery of our platform proposition for both direct and intermediary channels.
The Role
- As a key member of the senior management team, you will proactively develop and manage external relationships ensuring we maintain and build a leading investment platform proposition
- You will be accountable for identifying and delivering business opportunities arising as a result of regulatory changes, whilst maintaining an up-to-date awareness of changes to key competitor offerings and developments
- Responsibility for defining and developing a customer retention strategy for the Platform business, working collegiately with the Head of Service to implement
- Work alongside Head of Marketing Communications to support the development and implementation of the PR strategy
The Candidate
- A detailed understanding of the platform market and the regulatory environment in which Alliance Trust operates
- Experience of direct, IFA and discretionary fund manager distribution channels
- A detailed understanding of the pensions and share dealing markets and the regulatory environment in which these products operate
- Proven track record in product development within financial services
