Job description:
As our Lead Operations Manager, you’ll direct a major scalable operation focused on achieving business area goals, strategies, objectives and performance targets (such as operational excellence, value creation and customer advocacy.) A member of the senior leadership team, you’ll operate at a high profile, strategic level and be able to expertly organise, lead and control operations teams of up to 500 people. You’ll also be skilled at developing and delivering a best in class sales and service capability.
With a strong financial services or retail background, you’ll have experience gained as a Head of Operations or a Senior Operations Manager, ideally with a respected outsourcer.
With proven strategic level management skills, you’ll have a strong commercial focus and substantial understanding financial standards, measures and benchmarks.
Able to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders, you’ll also be able to translate financial and legislative requirements into operational best practice.
