As Lead Operations Manager, you’ll take a lead role on all things Unsecured Arrears and Fraud management related. This covers everything from operations, to collections strategy development, and a variety of fraud mitigation activities. You’ll also be responsible for a day-to-day customer contact strategy that will minimise delinquency as well as bad levels of debt.
With plenty of experience in collection and fraud operations, you’ll need to be an excellent leader with a proven track record of leading large operational contact centre operations in a fast moving environment like ours. We’re also looking for a broad understanding of the financial services industry and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
