Challenging work

At Aldermore we value expertise. As Head of Operational Control & Readiness you will use yours to assume overall responsibility for the design, planning and implementation of the operational control management framework, including ensuring that operational controls are delivered within the framework designed by Group Operational Risk Policy and Principles. Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will support the ongoing business-wide controls assessment of processes and infrastructure, making sure that policies, processes and standards are in place to identify, assess, measure, manage and control operational risks, including the identification of systemic operational risk - driving forward robust and timely remedial action.

A flair for managing complex projects, people, processes and technology issues will be essential.
