Job description:
We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead our finance function through an exciting period of transformation and beyond. To be successful in this role you must be able to balance the need to ensure that the day-to-day operations of a finance function continue to operate to a high standard with the need to lead a team through a period of significant change.
You should be a qualified accountant with extensive post qualification experience of working in leading organisations. The ability to lead and inspire a finance function through a period of change is critical to success in this role. We are also looking for someone who has a passion for process efficiency, continuous improvement and the highest standards of financial control.
