Job description:
The Role:
You will be the Chief Financial Officer for the Treasury, in a Government with a workforce of over 11,500 people, a gross revenue budget of £905 million and a capital budget of £83 million.This is a challenging, diverse and influential role with responsibility for strategic leadership; the provision of financial, fiscal and economic advice to the Treasury and Council of Ministers and the management of a number of key relationships between the Island, HM Government and other Governments, and a number of international bodies.
The Candidate:
You will have substantial experience in a relevant strategic senior management role, a proven track record in strategic leadership and transformational change, advanced influencing and negotiating skills and will be skilled at working in a political environment. You will have a relevant degree or professional qualification.
