We would like to hear from Senior Executives and Consultants with an outstanding track record at Director level, wishing to develop their career further as part of a fast growing group providing extensive resources and management support to business clients across all industries and disciplines. Our core market is the small to medium-sized company sector, although we also undertake governmental consultancy. As much of our work is involved with assessing business situations and helping our clients to move forward, the ability to analyse and understand the client's business - often requiring entrepreneurial solutions, is of paramount importance. As we deal mainly with Business Owners, Managing Directors/CEO's - CMR Executives must have the personal gravitas and experience to relate and deal at that level.
Whilst those joining CMR will already have an impressive career and possess most of the business skills needed, we do provide comprehensive training and mentoring facilities to help all become successful in the shortest possible time. CMR is a highly supportive entrepreneurial network organisation with many opportunities to work individually or as a team member. Our minimal cost-sharing base also allows our executives to develop their own private business activities alongside, and there are also opportunities to acquire equity in CMR's operations.
CMR's executives are independent, non-salaried, with earnings potential from client fees to GBP200,000 ($300K) p.a. and above depending on performance. There are also sometimes opportunities for taking equity in clients as fees or investment. To restate; our executives earn through a majority share of the fees (up to 92.5%) charged to clients - they do not receive a fixed salary.
