President/CEO Unison Bank is seeking a President/CEO responsible for the overall direction and administration of programs and services provided by the bank.
Job description:
Must provide leadership and direction to the staff to ensure compliance with Bank regulations, policies and procedures. Provides the highest level of customer relations and service. Works closely with Bank's board in developing the long term and short term strategic goals including bottom line performance of the bank. Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management or finance preferred with ten to fifteen years of banking experience including four to six years experience in executive bank management. Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, inspire respect and trust, have excellent communication and people skills and be a self-starter.
